Tasks and goals:

• Collecting and preserving information, documents, images, etc., related to the city's history.
• Presentation of archival materials in exhibitions on various topics (economy, church, social issues, etc.).
• Processing of archival materials related to St. Andrä in other archives (Marburg, Klagenfurt, Salzburg, Vienna, etc.).
• Assistance for students and those interested in history in searching for sources.
• Continuation of the St. Andrä city chronicle.
• Supervision of the permanent exhibition on the city's history (guided tours ...).
